Q: Do I qualify for a loan or line of credit with MoneyKey?

To apply for a loan or line of credit you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Be a US citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Be a Resident in the state where the MoneyKey product is offered
  • Have an active bank account
  • Have a regular source of income
  • Have a valid contact number and an active email address
Please note that we currently do not offer credit products with rates that allow us to lend to active members of the US Armed Forces and their dependents.

Q: What loan products do you offer?

MoneyKey and its unaffiliated third party lenders offer consumers Single-Pay Loans, Installment Loans, and Lines of Credit. You may only apply for a product that is available in your state of residence. For more information about the products available to you, please refer to the Rates and Terms page for your state.

Q: How do I apply?

You may submit an application online or over the phone. Apply online to find out if you qualify or call 1-866-255-1668 and one of our Customer Care agents would be happy to process your application.

Q: How much can I borrow?

Products offered or arranged by MoneyKey have varying minimum and maximum amounts. Please visit the Rates and Terms page for your state to find details for the products available to you.

Q: What are your fees?

Our fees vary by loan product as well as state of residence. Please refer to the Rates and Terms page for further details on the loan and line of credit fees applicable to your state.

Q: Are credit checks done?

MoneyKey does not perform credit checks with the three (3) major credit reporting agencies. However, MoneyKey does verify your information and may check your credit from other sources.

Q: Do I need to fax or email in any documents?

In most cases you will not need to fax or email us any documents; however, if we require additional information which we are either unable to verify over the phone or in accordance with state law, we may ask that you send us documentation either by fax or email.

Q: Will you call my references?

If we need to get in touch with you about your account, but are unable to reach you, your references may be contacted. We will never disclose the nature of your business with MoneyKey to your references or employers.

Q: When do I receive my loan?

If your Line of Credit loan is approved before 7:30 PM EST from Monday through Friday, the funds will be available in your account as early as the next business day. If your Line of Credit is approved before 6:30 PM EST on a Saturday or Sunday, the funds will be available in your bank account on the following Tuesday.

If your Single-Pay or Installment Loan is approved before 8:30 PM EST from Monday through Friday or before 6:30 PM EST on a Saturday or a Sunday, the funds will be available in your bank account the following business day.

Same-Day Funding may be available to eligible customers and may vary by state and product. For more information, please refer to the Rates and Terms page for your state.

Q: How do I check my account status?

Q: How do I update my information? (Change in email address, mailing address, employment or banking information)

You can update your information by calling 1-866-255-1668 and speaking with one of our friendly Customer Care Agents.

Q: Why am I not receiving emails from MoneyKey?

MoneyKey sends important emails regarding payment reminders, confirmations and promotions. To make sure you receive these emails please add customercare@moneykey.com to your address book.

If our emails are not making it into your inbox, please check your spam folder.
