For customers who receive their income on a bi-weekly, semi-monthly and weekly basis, the loan is repayable in twenty (20) installments. For customers who receive their income on a monthly basis, the loan is repayable in ten (10) installments.

Q: What are the minimum requirements to apply for online Installment Loans in New Mexico?

To qualify for New Mexico Installment Loans, you must:

  • Be a US citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Be a New Mexico resident
  • Have an active bank account
  • Have a regular source of income

Q: When do I receive my Installment Loan?

If your New Mexico Installment Loan is approved before 6:30 PM MST from Monday through Friday, or before 4:30 PM MST on Saturday, Sunday or a Federal Holiday, the funds will be available in your bank account the following business day*.

*The date and time the funds are made available to you by your bank is subject to that bank's policies.

The New Mexico Installment Loan term is spread out over a period greater than or equal to ten (10) months. For customers who receive their income on a weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly basis, the loan repayment schedule consists of twenty (20) substantially equal scheduled installments. For customers who receive their income on a monthly basis, the loan repayment schedule consists of ten (10) substantially equal scheduled installments.

If you want to make an early payment, or make a larger payment to pay down more of your principal, you may do so at any time by contacting MoneyKey by phone at 1-866-255-1668. There are no penalties associated with such payments. MoneyKey encourages you to pay your loan off as quickly as possible to reduce the amount of finance charges you will pay in connection with the loan.

Q: How do I update my information? (Change in email address, mailing address, employment or banking information)

You can update your account by calling 1-866-255-1668 and speaking with one of our friendly Customer Care Agents, who will be happy to update your information for you.

Q: Why am I not receiving emails from MoneyKey?

MoneyKey sends important emails regarding payment reminders, confirmations and promotions. To make sure you receive these emails please add customercare@moneykey.com to your address book.
