You can check the status of your loan or line of credit by logging into your MoneyKey account.

Q: How do I request another Single-Pay or Installment Loan?

When your loan is paid off, you will be able to request another loan by logging into your MoneyKey account at MoneyKey.com. After logging in, you can choose the amount you want to borrow, enter your SSN (to verify your identity) and review the due date. If you need any assistance or prefer to request another loan over the phone, please call 1-866-255-1668 and one of our Customer Care agents will be happy to help you.

Q: How do I draw down my available credit on my Line of Credit Account?

If your Line of Credit account is in good standing and you have available credit, you can request funds, by simply calling 1-866-255-1668 and one of our Customer Care agents will be happy to help you with your request.

Q: Why am I not receiving emails from MoneyKey?

MoneyKey sends important emails regarding payment reminders, confirmations and promotions. To make sure you receive these emails please add customercare@moneykey.com to your address book.
